US Shipping Terms & Conditions

Thank you very much for looking to purchase from us!

Unfortunately, as you are located in the United States, we need to warn you that your order may be subject to an import tax of up to 30% of the total value of your purchase PLUS broker & processing fees. 

As mandated by the United States federal government all imports to the US regardless of value are currently subject to tariffs. 95% of our products are produced in China which currently has an import tariff rate of up to 30%. Products manufactured in other countries may have a different tariff rate, however ALL imports to the United States will incur an import tax and processing fees of some kind.

This is a tax implemented by the United States federal government on its citizens purchasing any imported goods manufactured outside of the US. The tax and any associated processing fees will be charged to you by the US Postal Service before or at the time of delivery. The USPS will then pay the tax on your behalf to the federal government. 

Before you are able to complete your checkout and place your order you agree:

1. That you, as a resident of the United States understand that your purchase will be subject to import tariffs of up to 30% of the total value of your purchase PLUS brokerage and processing fees for which you will be solely responsible for and are being charged to you by the United States federal government for which eevee's Micromobility Inc is not responsible for in whole or in part and any tariffs, broker and/or processing fees levied to you by the USPS will not be refunded in whole or in part by eevee's. 

2. That you may still return or exchange your order in accordance without Returns/Exchanges Policy with the understanding that you will not receive a refund of any kind with regards to import tariffs and any associated broker and/or processing fees. Any monies paid towards tariffs and or brokerage/processing fees are held by the US federal government and the USPS respectfully. 

3. That eevee's Micromobility Inc is unable to provide any guidance as to what the final tariff, broker, and/or processing fees will be for your order as this is at the sole discretion of the US federal government tariff policy in place at the time of import and the brokerage and processing fee structure of the United States Postal Service. 

4. That by selecting the checkbox enabling you to checkout and complete your purchase you understand and accept the above Terms and Conditions.
