One set contains 2 knee pads & 2 hip pads. Lazyrolling Level 2 pads are certified Level CE 2 and rated EN:1621-1: 2012
To insert the hip pads open the velcro pockets on the inside of the pants. The knee pads can be inserted in the adjustable pockets from the outside by opening the zipper. Armored Jeans will need to be turned inside out to insert the knee pads.
