Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on all orders over a $150 value. Most Canadian orders ship via Canpar. Orders under $150 typically ship via Canpar. Due to the high-value products, all PEV shipments (EUCs, eSkateboards, Onewheels & eScooters) require a signature delivery with no exceptions. 

Online orders paid in full via credit card, debit, PayPal, or e-transfer typically ship from our Vancouver warehouse within 1 business day. 

Orders placed via PayBright financing require a fraud-check and approval from PayBright which can delay shipments by up to 48 hours. 

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please email hello@eevees.com so we can help.

Disclaimer: eevee's is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The risk of loss and/or damage passes onto the customer after the shipment has been picked up by the courier. If you want to insure your package from loss or damage, we recommend purchasing the shipping insurance option provided by Route at checkout. If you purchased the Route purchase protection and need to file a claim, you can do so by going to: https://claims.route.com.
