TSG's Arctic Knee 2nd Skin A 2.0 knee pads are the perfect form of protection for those riders who want something a little less bulky and a little more flexy when cruising the streets, or hills, or trails, or whatever it is you like to do. Fitting tight to the body, the Arctic Knee has a soft and flexible knee cap shell made of ACF foam that instantly turns hard upon impact. The pad absorbs the energy from the hit and dissipates it as heat. Pretty cool trick to keep you safe.

ACF Impact Foam - ACF (Arti-Lage Foam) is engineered to mimic the physical structure of human cartilage with molecular freeflow technology. Flexible and soft in the normal state but when met with impact the molecules in ACF form a hard, protective shell. The remaining impact energy is converted into barely noticeable heat before it can reach the body.
