We are moving our repair centre!
Here are some questions you may have:
- When will this transition take place and be done?
- We will be splitting our technicians between each location beginning April 1st for repairs in both locations.
- We will be completed the transition on May 1st.
- What is the address to bring my repair to?
- Starting April 1st, bring your repair to our Vancouver shop 230 E. Pender Street.
- Will I be able to take my device in for repair at Vancouver before April 1st?
- Ideally, no. We are aiming to keep the communication about repairs between technicians and customers. While our sales team in Vancouver knows all about finding the right ride for you, we leave the technical conversations for our repair pros.

Once our technicians are in the shop on April 1st you will be able to bring devices in.
- If I have questions on my repair, who do I talk to?
- Contact our repair team via their email, service@eevees.com. Or you can hit "2" when calling into our number at 778-873-1811. Email is always the best communication method.
- What does this mean for Burnaby repair centre?
- It will be closing down and not be accessible.
- What about my current repair at Burnaby?
- If the repair is completed during the transition you will be able to pick it up in Burnaby.
- You may request it to be transferred to Vancouver for pickup. We cannot guarantee a date when it will be transferred.
- If the repair is completed after the transition it will need to be picked up in Vancouver.
- Where will I be able to pay for my repair during the transition?
- Payments can be done online via your invoice or in person at Burnaby or Vancouver.
- Can I still buy parts from the Burnaby shop during the transition time? Or order them from parts.eevees.com?
- From April 1st to May 1st (approximately) sales of parts in both Burnaby and parts.eevees.com will be unavailable.
- Will there be a repair centre in Burnaby in the future?
- Hopefully! But not in the near future.
